Okay I am writing this for my sister. She is fast and I am super slow. Started running again 4 weeks ago. Doing Ragnar for my first time. I ran 4 miles today at 11 minute miles, no stopping or slowing down. That is a major achievement for me. I am usually a run/walker.

yah I ran 20.3 miles, up into Alpine. Just trying to get back my shape for Boston. Two weeks until taper time. 5 weeks this Monday until Boston. Are you feeling better?
